Thanks to “Vivaldi di Laredo” and his “La Primavera” (Spring) that woke me up before dawn this morning (Dec 10, 2013), I got an unusual opportunity (for me) to experience a beautiful winter dawn in the desert around Eagle’s Nest.

I was about to pour myself a cup of coffee when I realized our blinds were still closed.  When I opened them, a beautiful pink light shone through. I grabbed my camera and ran out into the frigid dawn with just my slippers on. 🙂
