This morning, I was startled to see a hot air balloon floating Eagle Nest logo 2leisurely over Eagle’s Nest (our Scottsdale home) from the northwest to the southeast. The balloon was a rainbow color.

How appropriate, I thought. 🙂

It was the first time in nearly 10 years of living at Grayhawk in North Scottsdale that I have seen a hot air balloon so close to our home.

A good omen?

You can see below Elizabeth’s brother Ray gazing at the balloon. He is visiting us for a few days while in transit on a monthlong bike ride through the American southwest.
